Aud Yeah we find it really useful for keeping track of raids, plus anyone in our group can edit it so easy to warn people ahead of time if you might not be able to raid

Aud Yeah, this eliminates that problem, we implemented this at the beginning of 3.0 and we've had 0 scheduling problems since then

aaa our FC uses a guild wide spread sheet for scheduling. Each group has their own page that is part of a giant spread sheet, we schedule raids on it and list our own individual availability

aaa this way if someone needs a sub, they can look at all groups and go "Oh this person who plays this job is free and they aren't raiding, I will ask them to fill in"

Coco Lilly its easier to implement that when you run a guild i think. i ended up leaving that group and it forced them to become self sufficient. it was like i was their mom and they were all the babies and then they had to grow up lol

aaa I am over the top punctual much to my wife's sadness when I wake her up for something, so people not showing or being irresponsible and saying "I didn't check the document since 2 days ago" when I send out messages saying "Raid @ x time" once its updated and telling them again to check the document is one of my trigger points for sure
