Question for you guys. I got a ps3 for christmas and it is a 12gb slim. Does ps3 have a memory card of anykind other than the built in harddrive? Or any easy way to get more storage without opening it up and replacing the harddrive itself?
Bluebeard I dont think they have any external storage. You could swap out the internal pretty easy and cheaply.

Satchmo I'll look into it once my preorder games come in in a few months. I was going to buy gtaV to kill time till lightning returns came out but that needs 9gb of my 10 remaining

Bluebeard Shouldn't use much space if you buy it on disc? Do you have PS+? Borderlands 2 is free right now, and in Jan. Bioshock Infinite and a few others are free. Those would definitely be downloads though.

Satchmo No actually it was 9gb to save if I bought the game physically. To download its 17gb

Lumia Goldenheart I don't know about the slims, but I know on the fatties you could easily remove the hard drive and put in a bigger one.

Adaren Diasuke you can change the hard drive on the slims just as easy as the fat boys.

Adaren Diasuke When I worked @ GameStop we put up to a 500GB hard Drive into one. it works just fine.
