Az RyelCardio is almost counter-productive in and of itself, as it burns both muscle and fat, whereas weightlifting burns only fat… I mean, I run a warmup mile before I lift (8-10 min, depending on mood), and I run a 5k on "ab day," but that's literally it.
TL;DR: pick things up, and then put them back down again.
