Generally how I do it:

Goto FFXIAH.
Search for the item in question.
Goto the item page (if you aren't sent straight there).
Look at the URL and copy the ID: http://www.ffxiah.com/item/15713/phoboss-sabat
Put the ID on the search page.

Visit our Add Game Entity page and use the tools there to help us, as well as other members on Guildwork, by having our servers manually add the items/spells that are missing on Guildwork!Wambulance

It no longer exists. What problem are you having?

Having a similar issue, I'm trying to add the new Abjurations, Limbus and Einherjar drops to the DKP and it's looking out of place without the item info.

Which spell? There is a good chance you are not adding it properly.

Guildwork only understand short names.

It's not spells, it's the Lv.99 Abjuration Equipment, Arch-Limbus segments and Neo-Odin drops. I'm adding them as the shortened name as well.

I will look into the bug. It is failing to add by name.

The alternative is put the item id in the name column.

For example.

If you put 10401 it will add the item properly.
