reloaded, not getting the error message when trying to flush anymore but it's not actually flushing any items ive received the past few days

Can you unload the addon
Look in your task manager and kill any Guildwork.exe that is running
Delete the Guildwork.dll in the plugin folder and download a new one
Load it again
